My bowl had been left sitting out apparently, so it was more like a lumpy smoothie than an actual bowl. Kind of hard to eat with a spoon!

I eat here weekly, I will always recommend Nekter. I truly love the bowls, it's always delicious and fresh. But the service is definitely lacking on certain days. On multiple and I mean probably 5+ times I've gone in and just stood there by the register or pick up spot and the ladies behind the counter did not acknowledge that I walked in or that i was interested in pickimg up or ordering. And this last time I was the only person there, and I stood there for over 2-3 minutes without the two gals saying hello, they didn't look at me or say just one min, they continued to talk about their personal life and they weren't in the middle of making food. I was really uncomfortable as I was standing just a few feet away looking at them. I have all the patience in the world but it's just simply poor customer service. One of your female employees just had a bad attitude and look on her face. This has happened multiple times and it's unfortunate. I won't ever stop coming to Nekter as I do love the store and most of the employees are WONDERFUL. But unfortunately it only takes one bad apple and this apple definitely is bringing down the location and encourages other employees to follow her lead

Love bowls and smoothies there. App improved since first used it so I can make modifications so first time I ordered with it. Need to add option for no agave in the bowl in addition to “light” option.

Smoothies are always tasty and filling. Tried a bowl for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.

Bad bad bad. I got a pitaya bowl which had no flavor. It tasted awful and bland at the same time. Their prices are too high for not even serving local or organic fruit and the amount of plastic they use is sad. Customer service is also lacking heavily. Over all bad experience and botched rendition of a tropical delight. Them white girls couldn’t even give fruit flavor. 🤦🏾‍♀️

WOW! Amazing breakfast AÇAÍ bowl this morning. Super fresh and delicious. Huge portion and super affordable. We’ll be back.

We ordered a large order for our office. None of the bowls or smoothies were labeled or indicated what was what. For large orders it would be very helpful to at least label what the bowl or smoothie is in some way. Thank you!

I pre-ordered by bowl via the app and the order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. What a great way to start my Wednesday morning!
