You guys are great. Cheerful and efficient. We took our bowls to go - thought I'd mention that the texture was different today, fluffy w ice crystals. They bowls are usually more dense. Still delicious but not as filling.

Everyone was was nice and accommodating after I got stuck in my parking garage and couldn’t get to my bowls that I ordered online on time. The employees remade them for me and were great!!

It was great except that we ordered 3 bowls, 2 w/o bananas, but one of them had bananas anyway. Didn't like that. Gave a good rating anyway because everything else was good, but it was a disappointment to spend that much and not be able to eat it.

The biggest problem I had with todays visit is the food quantity- I’ve ordered a lot of açaí super bowls from you all and this one is the most brown base goop that I have seen. I’ve seen it before - but when you ran a special and I bought one to take home, it sat in a fridge all day - and looked like what I got this morning. The taste was not right, could argue a very oxidized and muted flavor. Half of the granola was soggy and had absorbed quite a bit of moisture compared to the very crunchy and fresh granola on top of that layer, the usual fresh fruit kinda saved my breakfast. Today missed - hard.
Side note - staff 10/10 … except giving me old food.

There were 3 busy employees, 4 guests eating, no one greeted me for the first 5 minutes. Then someone said "Ok" and just looked at me. I let her know I ordered online. They soon got my food ready and all was fine! I will say the mango acai didn't look or taste like it had any acai but the employee explained it was just blended with mango. Otherwise, clean, quick, prob free! Thanks
