I’ve been going to Nekter for a few years now and I LOVE their juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, everything. The prices are a little high but I don’t mind paying because that’s about the standard price for other places. However over the past few visits each time my experience is worse. I usually order ahead through their app and when I get there to pick it up, I have to try and get someone’s attention to help me. There’s usually around 5-6 people working (at least when I’ve been there) and they’re too busy talking to each other, with their backs turned, to greet any customers. It’s usually loud in there because of the blenders constantly going so it’s hard to get their attention by saying something. I’ve waited upwards of 10-15 minutes before someone finally asked me if I needed help. After waiting, they’re nothing but rude and act like you’ve inconvenienced them for coming in. I understand that working in any kind of food service/ customer service is stressful, especially during these times. But these employees hardly do the bare minimum, and I leave feeling like I wasn’t welcome in the first place. I recommend going to Vitality Bowls around the corner. Amazing employees, fantastic rewards system, and their smoothies and açaí bowls are consistently great! Plus they’re cheaper and have just as quality (if not better) ingredients.
The staff were very nice and welcoming. I ordered and acia bowl and they made it very fast. This is a good place to come for a quick bite especially if you are in a hurry.
I had the dragon fruit bowl, it was really good. The smoothie my brother had was not good at all, tasted like doggy. The girls behind the counter, the blonde one with big eyelashes was not excited to be there, and was rude when we told them they forgot a smoothie of ours.
The two ladies working there this morning were more interested in talking to each other (not about work) then making the order that was placed. They also forgot to give me a straw for my smoothie and utensils for my fruit bowl. My order ended up taking about 15 minutes and I was literally the only one there. Would not recommend going here if you are in any type of hurry. I was surprised to see that everyone else has had a great experience with the weekday staff on the reviews. Maybe it was an off day? The only reason that I didn't give them a one star was the fact that the smoothie and bowl were really good, but the service was terrible.
1st time visit. It was AWESOME! My daughter and I both got the the Dragon Fruit bowl 🥰. She accidentally dropped hers outside. I offered to pay for new toppings and they said free. I was out cleaning up the spill and one of their employees came out to help. Great customer service 🤩
This juice bar is absolutely incredible. It's now apart of my morning routine coming here. The ladies during the week are so helpful and cheerful with great positive energy, so I know my drinks are being made with love and care. The drinks are ALWAYS fresh and you can literally watch them make it and prepare it. No dairy in this place. All fruits and veggies. And the best part is all their blends taste wonderful. And they have amazing fruit bowls. And the most wonderful part is, when you download the app, your first drink is FREE!
Beyond disappointing I order smoothies and bowls about twice a week. The reason im giving 2 stars it because I truly enjoy the smoothies & bowls. However, on 3/1 i was served this bowl that was not even half way full. I dont understand why you sell a bowl for almost $9 and this is all i get. That being said this was the only time I had experience this usually the bowl is full. I did not complain because I was in a hurry and didn't want to deal with it. If you're going to charge someone full price you should give them exactly what they pay for.
