When I walked in, it was empty the workers were in the back talking. I had to wait a while then move to the side so the could see me. I had a mobile pickup and it was really liquidy even though I arrived before the pickup time. The quality of bowl wasn’t as good as I’ve had before, way to much granola barley any banana, and the strawberries were really frozen while the base was not.

I appreciate the kindness of the employee working this morning. I bought a water but pre-ordered my bowl, he packaged it all up for me. Great start to my day I really appreciate him

Music is way too loud and employees act put out when customers show up. Smoothie bowl was super runny.

After finishing shopping at TJ Maxx and Trader Joe’s, I wandered around the area and found this place to take a break from the heat and quench my thirst. Although the prices felt a bit high, I enjoyed a cold fruit juice and a craft bowl to recharge my energy and relax. I think it’s a place worth recommending.

I love the bowls and smoothies, but I'm guessing maybe the people who work here are new or younger. They didn't acknowledge me at all. There was 5 of them just kind of talking working on 1 smoothie. They even answered a phone. I always leave a high tip, but maybe I need to stop doing so. It used to be for service, but this just isn't worth it anymore. Not for this. Oh, and I'm still waiting to be helped.

I made an online order through the app for a banana berry bowl that said it would be ready in 15mins. I showed up and waited while the employee was in the back chatting. When she finally came out and greeted me, she asked for my name and when I gave it to her she had not even started making my order yet. She scattered and started making it after I got there way after the time it said it would be ready. Not sure why even go through the trouble of using the app if it would’ve been the same thing to walk in the store and order in person.

Great bowl, nice employee, loved the mobile pickup. Wish there was a substitute option for the peanut butter drizzle on the protein bowl.
