First time coming here and the ambience is very cute. Spent $18 for a drink and a bowl. For the amount of stuff put into the items the price isn't bad at all. Will come back soon.

The açaí bowls are delicious.

Our PB Bowls did not taste peanut buttery at all other than the random drizzles of PB. We've had this bowl multiple times before and never had this issue. It tasted as if they completely forgot the PB inside the base. Just a little disappointing when you're expecting PB. The side of granola was also tiny. Usually we get a lot more.For $1 at this size I don't feel it's worth it.

Excellent, fast service! We enjoyed the acai banana berry bowl and the pineapple whip bowl. Both were a refreshing treat post run. I especially appreciate that there are multiple options that offer animal protein and plant-based protein alternatives.

The app was supposed to offer a free reward couldn't get it. I also ordered and had to substitute somethings. But overall great service and amazing fruit bowl thank you.

The bowls are always delicious, fresh and well made. The staff are quick and efficient even when busy. They're a bit on the pricey side, but a solid choice if you're looking for a healthy, quick bite to eat.

Honestly, it's always hit or miss. I follow a Paleo diet, and I like to leave out added agave, and don't eat granola. One time, I accidentally left granola on on the app- my fault. But about 1/4 of the time, granola is added even when I've selected no granola. I don't eat gluten, and it's frustrating. Agave often gets added to the mix as well. Sometimes I add chia pudding and it's like 1/2 of the bowl...sometimes, it's just a small layer. My location doesn't have waffles, and hasn't had the blue vanilla cashew stuff for a long time. If I order a raspberry smoothie for my son, it doesn't come with the blue vanilla stuff. The other day, I paid $1.00 to add the blue vanilla cashew to my pineapple bowl because it was listed on the app again. When I picked up my order, it wasn't there, but I paid for it. Employees are hit or miss too. Some of them are welcoming and great, others kind of make you feel like your presence is an inconvenience. I still love Nekter because it's pretty clean food, but it's just...inconsistent.

I love ordering from this location! The bowls are always well made and high quality. I'm pregnant and have been craving lots of fruit and smoothies but without the additives I might find elsewhere so Nekter has been such a great resource. I also like the loyalty app. Thanks for what you do!

I did an online order for a peanut butter açaí bowl with peanut butter drizzle added on. My husband picked up and there was no peanut butter in the bowl and no drizzle which I paid extra for. Unfortunately my husband didn’t know what I ordered so he could ask them to fix it. I went back in the following week and was told to email someone but wasn’t given an email.

Not great- last week I ordered a new raspberry bowl for myself, and a raspberry smoothie for my son. Neither had the blue vanilla cashew drizzle. I added vanilla chia pudding and coconut to mine, and the pudding was gummy and clumpy like it hadn't been stirred when it was setting up. The banana was slimy and over-ripe. I chalked it up to a fluke, and tried again today. This time, there was again no blue vanilla cashew drizzle, and my bowl had granola, which I do not eat because I follow a paleo diet. I apologized and said that there was granola mistakenly on my bowl, and again no blue cashew drizzle. I was told that they had no blue vanilla cashew drizzle. She did remake the bowl without granola, and told me when it was ready that my order hadn't specified "no granola", and she then proceeded to instruct me on how to use the app. I'm usually really careful about my order, but it was my mistake I realized when I checked my order history. I've been a customer for a long time- I pay extra for toppings that I add, but don't get a discount for items that aren't included like the drizzle. I know how to use the app...Also no waffles at my location?
