Overall great. Ordered several bowls however they weren’t labeled so it took a while to figure out which one was which. 1 bowl was completely incorrect but still good. Appreciate that it was ready earlier than expected

Our order was ready in a timely manner and prepared exactly as expected. The only comment I would have is to make sure those that are working to make sure to have their hair properly tied back and out of range of making juices/bowls/etc.

For a 15$ overpriced smoothie bowl, I would expect better customer service. I waited 20+ minutes despite it being empty, and the girl handed me my bowl covered in sticky syrup as it overflowed! She didn’t care to wipe it off or offer anything… just said sorry it’s messy?
I am only leaving three stars because the food was edible. Flavor is bland. Employees were rude, rushed, did a lackluster job of explaining promotional items. 5 people came in after us and received their more complicated orders first! My bowl sat for five to ten minutes before one of the employees tended to my order. Employee shamed me and my mother for not understanding coupon promotions and then proceeded to stall on our order. Will not be returning to this location again and I highly suggest others do the same.
