The acai bowls and tea were delicious. However, the young girls working seemed very disorganized. I ordered online for pickup. I showed up at the scheduled pickup time but the order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after that time. A few other customers experienced the same issue I did.

I came into the store and told them my name for the order and they looked at me perplexed. I could tell the girls were very busy but they could not find my order. They were arguing with each other at the register on where my food could’ve gone, but not solving the problem. It took about five minutes for them to realize that they put my food in the wrong bag. It was an awkward situation that took a lot longer to solve then it should have.
