I show up 3 minutes after the ready time and I’m still waiting. They haven’t even started making my 2 smoothies yet and I ordered 25 minutes ago. These girls are simply dilly dallying and clearly have no sense of urgency. One girl is just wearing her hair down helping make the smoothies which is against health code. Another girl is also with her hair down but talking to another girl while she makes someone’s drinks. 5 employees here and they’re very far behind and haven’t even apologized. Zero sense of urgency. A real shame

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Only suggestion would be for the company in general: if Nekter used more pure acai for their bowls rather than diluting a lot with other fruits.
