On a 30 hour road trip and decided to grab smoothies and they were delicous and filling. We ordered the Pink Flamingo and the Strawberry Banana. It was worth the stop.

Great smoothies and bowls but it is expensive.

The staff in here seem very slow, and unqualified. I came in and ordered a very simple drink. A peanut butter smoothie. I came in and there was no line. And after I ordered many ppl came and ordered. For some reason they had made everyone’s drinks before mine. I had been waiting about 30mins for a smoothie. Was very disappointed in the staff. Please work on that.

My smoothie was made with perfection.

The last time I was there, everything was great. Greeted within a decent amount of time, smoothie was ready and she was very friendly! Smoothie was of course delicious!

I love the KC Plaza location and am a frequent customer. When I received the email on Friday, Sept. 8th that pumpkin smoothies were now available, I immediately ordered one and a pumpkin parfait. They were FANTASTIC. I ordered 2 more pumpkin smoothies the next day, Sat. Sept. 9th. When I went in to pick them up I could tell something was different as soon as I picked them up. These were not as thick as the one I had the previous day, in fact these might as well have been brown water! Went I told the young lady something must be wrong because the one I had just yesterday was thick and creamy almost "shake like" she apologized and said she had followed the recipe exactly and really the pumpkin wasn't even supposed to be available yet! I informed her I had received an email stating it was available and it was available to order in my app, which is how I always order. She remade 1 and gave to me, and it was the exact same brown water. Another young lady offered to try but I didn't want her to waste more ingredients so she provided one 16 oz free drink coupon yet I had paid for two 32 oz. smoothies. This was a very disappointing experience.

It took 40 minutes to get a smoothie.

I get a smoothie bowl here almost everyday and they always have it ready quick and lovely customer service as well!

Ordered online. Arrived and was told smoothie in progress. It was already on counter. By the time I realized, it was already starting to melt.

I ordered online and my order was not complete when I arrived. It was sitting in the mixer and all three employees were standing around chatting. They hadn’t even started my smoothie yet. They did not give me a spoon or straw with my order so I had to come back into the store, and they forgot to add mango on my açaí bowl (which was stated in my online order).

The girl who was behind the counter (young, dred locks), did not acknowledge the customers. Two people left waiting for her to notice they were at the counter. I needed to change the time of my scheduled online order. She asked if I ordered on the store's website. I explained it was on the app. She then worked at the screen and said she moved it, but when I got there at 3:15, there was no smoothie for me. I had an email receipt, so the nice girl working in the afternoon made it for me. I was not upset. I just thought you would want to know that the girl on the Monday morning shift needs more training. At least in saying hello to customers or saying "be right with you." Thanks!
