I liked what I got the first time I came, but this second time it was only after ordering that we realized there were 10+ people sitting and waiting with no items. After a few minutes, I asked the cashier how long the wait would be, and she said from 10-20 minutes. We got a refund and left. I don’t understand how they could be that far behind (making smoothies/juice should be quick to catch up on), but the worst part is there was absolutely no sense of urgency from the workers. They couldn’t care less that they were behind, and weren’t working to remedy it whatsoever. They need to be fired honestly.
customer service is good enough but smoothies are often inconsistent in texture and taste despite ordering the same smoothie on every visit. sometimes to the point of being undrinkable.

Basic place. Good açaí bowls and smoothies. Gluten-free granola.
I brought my 2 young grandchildren to Nektar last Saturday and one of them accidentally spilled their full smoothie all over the floor. The girls working were immediately so sympathetic and helpful. I was going to buy another smoothie but they replaced it for us. I told one of the girls that customer service like that doesn’t exist anymore (….. especially from the younger generation). Please pass on my sincere gratefulness to their help and generosity last weekend!

Smoothie was good not blended enough

The bowls and smoothies are delicious. Our issue was the wait. The poor employee was the only person there and it took 40 minutes to get 4 items.
We walked out and left our $50 worth of bowls untouched because they were so just disgusting.
What we received were watered-down smoothies, falsely advertised as açaí bowls. When we asked why they looked nothing like açaí, we were bluntly told, “they aren’t actual açaí bowls, they are more like smoothies.” Bunch of other fruit mixed into the base and wateree down with yogurt-like tasting liquid — and Charged at a higher price than an actual açai bowl. This is outrageous, especially given their separate açaí bowl and smoothie menus, plus an "AÇAÍ BOWLS" sign plastered across their front window.
We asked for a refund, and the girl at the counter called her manager, who then called their GM. The GM outright refused “putting her foot down” and saying "no" to any kind of resolution. No offer to remake the bowls, no gift card—nothing. We left our bowls on the counter, untouched.

Their customer service is a complete joke. Very unusual for Nektr as I go quiet often for smoothies.
