The wait is extremely long no matter what you order. Other than that amazing atmosphere, great friendly staff and awesome healthy indulgences. Must try, but only if you have time to wait 15+ minutes.
My order was processed and picked up but never delivered. I have been calling the store and no one has answered my call. Corporate was contacted as well.

Your employee called and stated our order was cancelled. He thought he was calling DoorDash but instead, he got me - the person who placed the order. I had received 5 text messages stating my order had been picked up and was on the way for delivery at 11AM; I had requested 11:30 Am delivery. A total strike out in my opinion. I won't order from here for a company sponsored lunch again, or for myself personally. Do you have any idea what it takes to get an order together for 6-10 people, get it submitted, receive texts that it is arriving 30 minutes earlier than requested and then have it cancelled for absolutely no other reason than your employee didn't want to provide his services!!??
