I love the KC Plaza location and am a frequent customer. When I received the email on Friday, Sept. 8th that pumpkin smoothies were now available, I immediately ordered one and a pumpkin parfait. They were FANTASTIC. I ordered 2 more pumpkin smoothies the next day, Sat. Sept. 9th. When I went in to pick them up I could tell something was different as soon as I picked them up. These were not as thick as the one I had the previous day, in fact these might as well have been brown water! Went I told the young lady something must be wrong because the one I had just yesterday was thick and creamy almost "shake like" she apologized and said she had followed the recipe exactly and really the pumpkin wasn't even supposed to be available yet! I informed her I had received an email stating it was available and it was available to order in my app, which is how I always order. She remade 1 and gave to me, and it was the exact same brown water. Another young lady offered to try but I didn't want her to waste more ingredients so she provided one 16 oz free drink coupon yet I had paid for two 32 oz. smoothies. This was a very disappointing experience.

Weird vibe in this place. My husband and I come in here today. Manager goes into the back upon seeing us, no greeting, no nothing. We stand waiting for him to acknowledge us or take our order. He just proceeds to do what he is doing in the back never says I’ll be with you guys in a moment absolutely nothing. He motions for a girl to help us but she just looked at us and kept doing stuff in the back too. Why do you guys have to treat people like that? No customer service skills at all. Wont be coming back. Why do you guys have to be rude like that? At least say we will be with you in a second or something
