I absolutely love your products, but service has been declining recently. The completion of the orders are often fifteen to twenty minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Yet, I notice they mark them complete long before they start making them. A few times, I have waited only to be told they are out of a key ingredient. Portion sizes are also smaller when they are behind.
