BEWARE! ORDER AT LEAST 20-30 MIN AHEAD!!! The staff is kind but everything is incredibly slow. It’s maddening. I ordered 10 min ahead like the app suggested and waited there for over 20 min for my smoothie (30 min total). No sense of urgency with the staff - just poking along making drinks one by one, and there’s 3 staff there! It has to be a management or training issue because I’ve been to faster branches. $14 for a smoothie and 30 of my time, not worth it. The quality and nutrition value are high, so that’s why they got a 2 instead of a 1.
