Smoothie was chunky and not blended. Not worth the money when not made correctly. I got the green smoothie so I was eating chunks of kale and spinach not blended up.

I ordered my smoothie bowl online so by the time i got here it would be done 30 minutes later and they still haven’t started on my bowl. when i walked in they weren’t making anything and just staring at each other.

Love this place and I've never received poor service or low quality bowls before, but this evening was different. It took me 15 minutes to get my protein bowl when the place was near empty. Two people seated, already served, and one person ahead of me whose order the girl behind the counter was already making when I came in. I grabbed my bowl once it was done and didn't take a close look until I arrived at home. The bowl was barely half full, only had a few inconsistent apple slivers, and after inspection, I realized was not even mixed properly. The bottom of my bowl was filled with clumped protein! I was shocked! I hope all workers are receiving proper training before being allowed to mix/cut & serve food. The young lady preparing my bowl this evening clearly had no idea what she was doing. I would expect this from a low-grade fast food chain of some sort, not from an establishment where I expect to spend $15-20 on one item! Very disappointing!
I absolutely love love love this place! Unfortunately, it has been a running joke with a group of my friends how you must pre-ordered to save time waiting. Most of the time that works out but today my order wasn’t ready for an additional 20+ minutes after sad time. No worries I will continue to go there but it sure is unfortunate when you’re on your way to work. This cost me to be late for an important repair as well as staff members waiting on me
