It was easy. I needed a juice, ordered it on the app, and I was given it quickly when I walked into the store. In general, I'm very happy with Nekter. One of my major complaints, when I have one, is that sometimes when I order my smoothie, it will be too watery, or when I'm adding cacao nibs, which I add for a bit of crunch, certain people blend it so much you can't even tell if the cacao nibs were added. I've started specifically asking for the smoothie to not be too watery and for them to add in the cacao nibs after blending the rest of the smoothie so that they stay crunchy. There is one person at my store in particular who is very nice but always makes them more watery, so I've just started adding that request when I order to avoid embarrassing anyone. Most make the smoothies perfect too and have always been willing to remake if they accidentally left agave in it or something I've asked to leave out.
