I love the customer service. I did not like the fact that I placed an order to be picked up at a specific time, and I had to wait extra 15 minutes for the order to appear because the order did not pop up at the location.

I placed my mobile order and when I arrived I went to the area to wait for mobile orders. No one asked me if I was there to pick up an order. Since they were a little busy I patiently waited while the handed out the pending orders. As they were clearing out the customers in the store, the staff proceeded to congregate in the back room. One male staff was about to head over there, but he saw me and asked if I had a mobile order. I gave him my name and he pulled out my order from a fridge. I was waiting in there for 10min and my order was already ready.
