my açaí bowl tasted great, my order was ready as soon as i got there, & the staff was very friendly

My daughter LOVES ACAi but she’s only 5 I called and asked if I could have it split and was told yes without hesitation. That’s AMAZING SERVICE because most folk WILL NOT do something like that out of instinct (you can’t customize or add notes in the app PLEASE LOOK INTO THAT) gosh I forgot the gals name but that Modesto California staff is 5 stars THANK YOU NEKTER…. #YFBGDOM

I am obsessed with Nekter, between their juices and bowls, I order at least twice a week. The staff is always so friendly and the store itself is always so clean and organized. Every order I have ever received is perfect and so delicious every single time! I would highly recommend Nekter to friends, family, and co-workers.

I always love the bowls at Nekter but today was not the norm. I asked to have the bowls split and the fruit looked terrible and the acai portion was watery and runny. Not happy today :(

I love Nekter bowls, I usually order at store, but decided to use the app instead. I went well past my pick up time (15 mins.), when I went in to the store, the receipt for my order had not even been removed from the register.

I had the acai bowl it was ok just be advised its not sweet like those at Jamba juice personally I prefer Jamba acai bowl better but it wasn't bad service was ok

The açaí bowl is amazing!

My order somehow was confused with another order. Another customer had my order in their hands. The Dragon fruit bowl I ordered today didn't look as good or as full as the one I ordered on Sunday. I was displeased to say the least.

Acai bowl was great. Ready to go when I rolled in. The girls could be a bit more friendly and engaging though. I don't think any of them said hello.

I got a superfood bowl with coconut chia added. Mobile order. Forgot chia. Have it to me in a cup and forgot goji berries!

My food bowl was not in time and on the app I didn’t want to add something, but If I didn’t add it ir wouldn’t let me order

Great experience today. Staff was friendly and my bowl was consistent and on time. Please let the team know they’re doing a great job.
