It took a long time to get my drink after I arrived — the staff made maybe 5 other bowls/smoothies before offering to get my drink. But I understand being stressed and short-staffed… maybe this is a temporary situation

I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bowl was actually full and not a little over half way full. Thank you, I hope giving your customers their moneys worth catches on with others.

I thought it was great! I don’t like the tiny cups when you split the bowls, i don’t think it’s half, especially when you pay for protein, chia, extra granola, plus green apples though. ☹️….. so I don’t use the split feature anymore and I just do it myself.

Came in on halloween evening - staff was nice and welcomed us as we walked inside. The tall employee who took our order was funny and helpful. Our açaí bowl and mango smoothie were delicious and perfect consistency as well. They had bangers playing too loved the music

Everything was great...the smoothies and bowls were delicious. My only complaint is that I bought 2 smoothies and 6 bowls. the smoothies you could tell what they were but the bowls were harder to tell. It would be helpful if they could write on the containers what they are or put a sticker like Starbucks does. We have family members that can't have gluten and we want to know exactly who is getting what so there is no issues.

Nekter Juice Bar has a bounty of tempting and good-for-you drinks, parfaits, bowls, and more. Their mocha cold brew PB protein smoothie is delicious. They offer vegan and vegetarian options for most of their menu, which I so appreciate. I think I have found myself a new haunt.

I used to split my bowls in two however now I feel the tiny bowls used are low quality and don’t equal a regular bowl in spite of the $1.50 charge to split the bowl so I just get the regular single bowl. I can’t finish the entire bowl so I leave the half in the fridge and it usually goes bad within a few hours and I throw it away. It seems like such a waste after spending $11+ on it. Just disappointed in your new splitting the bowl process.

I like the atomosphere of the place. I go there daily and love the açaí bowls. Highly recommend

Placed my order online just to pick up a missing item and a bowl wrong. Give the store a call just to have some girl agrure over how my bowl was made. Once in the store I hear two coworkers arguing over how my bowl got messed. Needless to say I got my new bowl still made wrong!! What made it worse that girl on the phone tried to agrure a second time about her clear mistake. Worst customer service, seriously what happened to owning your mistake and make it right for the customer. Seriously need to hire professional people.

Excellent service and food. I got the banana berry acai bowl and it was well made and tasted great! Will be back here again!

I was excited to go here after reading all the great reviews. I went there today and got an açaí bowl. I got the açaí peanut butter bowl. I was pretty disappointed. I didn’t see or taste any peanut butter. The flavor was pretty bland. Nothing like the Cali Bowl you can get from Yogurt Mill (which has peanut butter) or the bowls from Jamba Juice of the Costco food court, which all have a lot of flavor. I’ll stick to one of those three whenever the craving for an açaí bowl comes up.

I freaking love this place. The acai bowls are life!
