Bowl was great, wanted to buy some of the shots but you had none and server didn’t know when/if you’d get anymore in

While there was nothing wrong, there was nothing out of the ordinary. The customer service was not quite there, but my bowl was done on time and I was able to pick up without problems. So, punctuality was good. But there were no other customer service details that transpired, no greeting upon entering the shop, no goodbye when we left, no offer to help us with other things, no confirmation that my bowl was actually "gluten free" as I had ordered it, etc. so there was no additional communication other than handing me the bowl I"d ordered online. Is that adequate? I guess so if I am in a hurry. Would I like to have confirmation that it was gluten free? Absolutely, it would give me more peace of mind.

Normally I have a good experience although this time in my bowl I ordered, the strawberries looked like they were molding.

Ordered a mango bowl and no mango served in the bowl. They said it was mixed with it but nope it was strawberry. The music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. The cashier with the braid to the side was professional the other two young women are drabs.
Protein left out of dragonfruit bowl and paid extra for it.

The service was honestly amazing. The chocolate smoothie bowl was not that good. It didn’t really taste like chocolate and the cocoa nibs were pretty bad :(

My experience was great, my last two visits. Previously there were a lot of inconsistency's in my acai bowls.... different sizes, different amount of toppings, etc

I love the acai bowls and try to get one whenever I'm in town. I also really appreciate the rewards program. I buy some of the little shots too. Almost always get great service and the bowls are always so good.

Overall great, my açaí bowl was delicious and ready when I got there. It was so good! The shots I wanted, I tried to pre-order and it wouldn’t let me, maybe because I wanted several of the same one. Not sure but I just had to gather up the ones I wanted and pay once in the store.
