The atmosphere has been a bit low and not the usual energetic customer service I’ve seen in the past, but not a drastic change that would need to be addressed. All in all nektar is my favorite place to go, I could have your açaí bowls for any meal of the day!

Came in and ordered açaí bowls. Was waiting for 20 min and the girl who took our order asked us were we waiting for something. And I told her yes our order and they never even started our order and she wanted to blame it on the machine as if she wasn't the one to take our order. We didn't get our açaí bowls until 30min after we originally ordered as well as another couple that ordered right after us.
This was our first time coming here and makes me never want to come again.

My experience has been wonderful every time I order. However the last time I ordered a bowl it was 3/4 filled. The bowls are pricey enough for the small size they are. Please bring this attention to any new employees. I’m assuming it might have been because I ordered online and did not add a tip? But that shouldn’t be reason enough to not fill the bowl. Other than that Ive have a good experience. I am a regular customer
