Friendly and apologetic staff. Ordered online one hour prior to pick up and it hadn’t even been started. There wasn’t any other guest waiting for their order. It was simply forgotten. Which was a bummer is I purposely order way ahead to have a quick pick up

Placed our order at 8:22 am and was told it would be ready at 8:48. I arrived at the restaurant right on time and my order had not been started. Another 15 minutes later before our juices were ready. When asked for our bowls, the associate was confused. They had not started the 3 bowls with our order . When I pointed out that it was 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the associate responded that there were only two of them working. There were only 3 orders total so it did not seem the workload was more than 2 people could handle. It took another 20 minutes for our bowls to be ready. Both employees seemed to have zero urgency or concern about my order being delayed. An hour after placing my order it was ready. Neither employee offered any apology for the wait.
While i really like Nektar menu and products, I won’t be going back. This is not the first time our order has been delayed. I’m a busy mom and can’t have a simple smoothie order derail our schedule.

Items are our of stock frequently. I ordered 2 cleanses and I had doubles of the same drink.

The only bad part. Short on help have to waite a while to be helped & served.
My order was supposed to be ready at 07:26 AM and I walked in and the she asked me what my name was then proceeded to make my order right then that I placed ahead of time and and took 15 minutes extra that I had to wait. I was not pleased with my service at all.
