Overall great - my frustration is there was an option to ask for a straw, unfortunately one wasn’t included. It was an online order.

Ordered my bowl at 1215 got there at 1238 like my order said so, the employees didn’t start my order until 1248 if not later. Wouldn’t be a problem normally but when I arrived there was one other person in the building and the employees were chit chatting towards each other not looking if they were getting online orders. This has happened almost every time I order online. Total bummer because I love the locations proximity to my home.

It's always a fun experience to pick up a drink from Nektar! My drink is ready, prepared correctly, and the staff are cheerful and answer any questions I might have.

The service was fine however the restaurant itself is poorly managed. I tried to order the Dragon Fruit bowl and the girl said the manger forgot to order Pitaya. So I ordered the Acai bowl and she said manager forgot to order that as well. How do you forget to order two of your main ingredients to your bowls and smoothies? That's like Starbucks forgetting order coffee. Also, the scanner at this store wasn't working last week which means I had to order online and when I did, the app would not acknowledge my $5 gift card to combine payments..I know that is an app issue and I tried to order today online same issue. I'm dealing with the tech department as well and have sent them an error screenshot.
