Great experience. I love that my juice was put in the fridge until I arrived to pick up. I was worried because I was later than expected, glad my juice was chillin’ in the fridge until I arrived.

Customer service was good and servers were very polite. Product was mediocre. I really appreciate the integrity and quality of ingredients used by Nektar which appeals to my health consciousness. However, in my mind I was expecting an ice cold, thick smoothie and it was more like cool and watery. My wife ordered a chocolate peanut butter and it was warm and watery... so bad she could not finish it.

We were not greeted on arrival. Had placed an online order and went to counter. Still no one helped us or said I will be right with you. We finally got our drinks and sat down. Someone came over and said we are closed you need to leave. I will never return to this location. Roseville has the best customer service and they are friendly. Maybe you could learn something from them.

Every time I make an order for pick up it is not ready anywhere near the time I am told. I arrived 5 minutes after my quoted time and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order, which then made me late for my appointment.
