Very unprofessional staff. They were wearing pajamas and ignoring customers as they engaged in conversation among themselves. I ordered online and my drink was 11 minutes late. Eventhough the quality of the drink was decent they did not get my order right and given the cost it's highly unlikely that I will be returning to any Nekter location in the future.

I ordered it online to receive right away. I showed up, waited for 10 minutes and then went out to the counter and I hadn’t even started my order yet. The point of ordering online is the pick it up when you get there not to let them know you’re there and to start making it
