When I visited this location, my order was never completed on time, and I was often ignored at the pick-up counter. Today was different. When I arrived, I was greeted at the counter, and my order was ready on time. The staff working this morning had a sense of urgency to complete orders, which is a change from what I've seen in the past.

I placed my online order at 11:37pm and scheduled a 1215pm pick up because I had somewhere to be. I arrived at the store at 12:17 and was told she was making mine next. I had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. The customer service was great. She was very friendly and apologize but when I schedule a pick up I hope that it will be ready at that time.
