Your products are delicious. Store is nice and clean. Employees are attentive. The process of preparation is (understandably) slow which makes for quite a wait if there are several people in the store.
I also feel that the products themselves, especially the drinks, tend to be a bit overpriced. The last two comments are not an issue with your store, just an overall observation of your company.

Sometimes the smoothies aren’t fully blended, with ice chunks and bits of frozen fruit still present which makes me a less good smoothie in terms of taste and texture. Generally though the customer service is quick and friendly.
