My bowl was ready when I arrived but I had to wait a few more minutes for service even though there was only one other customer. While one Nektar employee took the other customer’s order, a second employee stood in front of me without greeting or asking if she could help me. After a few minutes, I asked her if my bowl order was ready. She finally responded and retrieved my bowl from the fridge.

I ordered ahead as I was on my lunch. My order wasn’t ready. The shots and juice were warm.
As I was walking out yesterday with my order (I have a broken foot and walking boot) I lost my balance and dropped my drink. The employees were so incredibly kind and helped me clean up and made me a new drink. I’m so grateful for them making me feel like it was ok and I was more important than the mess.
