I arrived at the estimated time for pickup about 15 minutes after I placed the order and the worker had not started working on my order yet even though there were no other customers in the store and there were no other online orders they were working on.
The woman working early on Tuesday was so nice. The computer ordering system had glitched but she was working my order. She was so pleasant and nice - kudos to her for handling the stress :)

I place pickup orders through the app and there have been several times where I’ve come in and the order isn’t ready yet!

Seems that order is never ready when i choose a time
(more often than not)-which is somewhat inconvenient. Its always delivery truck issues

Waited 30 minutes for a açaí bowl and the place wasn’t even full. I asked if they could not blend the banana with the açaí, the girl looked at me as if I was crazy, and still blended the banana with it. The acai was really watered down, and the toppings were skimpy. For what you pay for it, not worth it at all. I am from Brasil, this is not acai or even close to it. There are other shops that do better.
I usually do the order pickup through the app, sometimes when I arrive 15-20 min after the order is placed the order is ready and sometimes it’s not. It’s kind of inconsistent.
