Really good stuff! Very delicious! Most of the bowls have additional sugars added, so if you're going for a diet to avoid that, remember the acai is sweetened.

I ordered two bowls on the app, we were closer than originally thought, when we arrived they were ready to go! Great service :)

Last few times I’ve gone they’ve been out of key ingredients for my bowl. This time they were out of the actual bowls. So received “bowl” in a cup. Definitely got short changed on amount of açaí and other ingredients. Bummer. I travel from far away to get this special treat. It’s beyond frustrating to have this occur time and time again

The past few times I have been to this location I have received my bowl in a cup. I would like to know ahead of time so that I can order something else, instead of a bowl in a cup. I feel as if I am not getting the same amount of toppings and it is difficult to eat. Just don’t offer bowls if there are none…

I pre-ordered and when I arrived my bowl was being made (I was early). 2 different staff members made sure to check in with me. Jolie was fantastic. My power bowl was tasty and well made.

my order was not given to me how i ordered it. little to no fruit was put on top of my bowl. i did a pick up order and had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of my pick up time when there was only three customers besides myself that were in the store.

I actually planned to contact the company. My order was wrong and or missing items. It should have had peanut butter there was none, there should have been strawberries, there were none, there was a giant chunk of something in the bowl taking up half the smoothie part of the bowl. So I basically paid for a half a banana, some apple pieces and a little granola. After finding the large chunk in the smoothie part I did not feel comfortable eating.

First time here & we loved the açaí bowls. The smoothie we ordered was great too but I wasn’t sure why I was charged extra for a simple OJ & strawberry smoothie. It was a promo for a free juice or smoothie so…but we’ll definitely be back.

Everything was fine except my mango bowl was missing the “mango”.

Paid for extra coconut flakes on top of my Açaí Mango bowl but they weren’t added on. I’m a long time regular customer but disappointed today.

Put pineapple in the bowl even though I specified no pineapple. No chai pudding even though I added it.

I was really exciting to try this place. I ordered the Açaí Peanut Butter bowl and it was a big disappointment. Little to no flavor and it felt as if it were incredibly watered down. Berry Divine > Nekter

I ordered 2 bowls online for pick up and when i arrived to pick them up they had only made one and I had to tell them I ordered two. I then waited about 10 minutes for the second one to be made and it wasn’t even full when I got it. Not worth the price at all.

I usually get my acai bowls from berry greens downtown but wanted to give nektar a try. I placed my order online for an single acai bowl on a mid Monday morning and arrived 15 minutes later when it said it would be ready. I was told my order wasn't ready yet but was being made. 35minutes after that I finally recieved my bowl. No acknowledgment of the excessive wait time and my bowl was missing 2 of the listed ingredients which I wasn't told about so I just assume they forgot. I'll stick to getting my bowls from berry greens unless I have a ton of time to kill.
