I had a good experience today. My order was ready before it was supposed to be and the woman I spoke to was friendly. My bowl was good and had all the toppings on it.

My food was good, but I ordered my bowl with almond butter (and paid extra), but it didn’t come with almond butter at all.

ordered the peanut butter bowl and i could not taste the peanut butter. it must be mixed in but you could not tell. also the apples feel out of place.

So sorry to hear that Giselle, the peanut butter does go in the base, but all our items are customizable so if you let us know we can add more peanut butter on top and substitute the apples for something else. Thank you for your feedback.
Always the yummiest and freshest smoothies and bowls! No complaints :) loved the pickup method, tried it for the first time this morning and even though my order wasn’t quite ready yet it was prepared very fast and with a smile! Will be returning for sure

Nekter got me right! Im very happy with nekter and their wonderful staff. I come by regularly and always get exceptional service. Everything on the menu is very customizable and I’m always advised on what health benefits I’m getting. I bought 5 juices and 4 acai bowls, there was hardly any wait plus it’s being made fresh to order and I couldn’t be happier with the consistency of quality. Easily best juice bar in Tucson!
Every time I’ve ordered online I’ve added cacao nibs on top of my açaí bowl and for some reason never get them. I’ve even told them when I get there, and they assure me it’s there. I’m not sure if it’s just bad luck on my end or negligence on the workers end. I love Nékter and will always keep coming back, but maybe not to this store.
