I placed an order online through Nektar for a single acai bowl and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took An extra 35 after my estimated ready time to get my bowl. This was on a monday mid morning when it wasn't too busy. There were 2 staff members so maybe staffing needs to be better.

I was a little disappointed on this visit. I order via mobile and when I arrived, there was one guy working and he was overwhelmed. He immediately yelled towards me "i'll be with you soon maam". I patiently waited and when I told him I was picking up, the order hadn't been started yet. No problem, i'll wait. When he gave me my order, I had three bowls and they didn't have lids or bags so I had open containers in a drink carrier in my car. One tumbled over on a turn and I had to throw it away. Please make sure that you are stocked with supplies needed to secure items properly. I can see why this guy was overwhelmed, it's impossible for one person to keep up with a lunch rush all by himself.

We’re here every Saturday but our order was messed up today. My bowl was ordered with no bananas but it had sliced bananas all throughout.

11 items in my order were missing and many of the items were made incorrectly. I called 5 days in advance to make sure the large order could be handled and asked how best to submit the order. I was told to submit it online, which I did 3 days before. I called 2 hours before the order was due to be picked up to confirm everything was good and was told they would be ready. When I showed up to pick up the order, I told them items were missing and they insisted they had made everything they received. I showed them my email confirmation and they still insisted they made everything. I finally was shown the receipt they were going off and pointed out the 11 items they had not made. They made them all quickly so that was great but when I returned to the hotel to give out the bowls and smoothies we discovered many of the orders were not made correctly or at least were not labeled correctly. I understand its tough with large orders, but since I was told it would not be a problem it was a bit frustrating.

I love Nekter. Unfortunately this last time my bowl did not taste very good. The bananas were warm. Normally they have a chilled but it was to warm. The strawberries also had an off taste. It was disappointing. The people working there didn’t greet or anything.

normally, i love going to nekter. they are normally very nice and the bowls are good. i’m normally not one to complain, but today i went and ordered 2 dragon bowls. apparently they are out of dragonfruit, which is fine but they didn’t tell me before. instead they just made random bowls without telling me. also, to top that, the girl was rude, and she tried to hide the fact that it wasn’t what i ordered by putting it in a bag. like i said, i enjoy eating at nekter, but this is ridiculous.

Really like this place, the smoothies and bowls are always so good. But, their hour of operations are too short. They close way too early! Especially for the weekend, in a city like Tucson! A good bowl goes great with the 730 pm evening heat.

Love their selection of Juices, smoohies, and their acai bowls are amazing. The staff is always ready and greet you as soon as you walk through the doors. Highly recommend!!!

I loved the pink flamingo smoothie they had, it was so good!! And I also had the dragon fruit bowl and it was awesome, best I ever had and will be coming back!
