Nekter Juice Bar - Highlands Ranch

On a Saturday afternoon, I ordered online. When I arrived, I noticed that the entire store was full of people with no food or drink. While my smoothie was supposed to be ready for pick-up, it was not. The two workers hand wrote a sign near the register explaining that, "We're understaffed today so please be patient". I waited about 20 minutes and when my PB&J Smoothie was given to me, the worker exclaimed, "Sorry but we're out of strawberry jelly". So she handed me a PB smoothie. I asked if she could add fruit. She gave me a sliced strawberry. I was nice and appreciative, but I will not be returning to Nektar. I've already uninstalled the app. I expect more when I pay more than your competition.

This is the second time I’ve ordered the black tea fresher and it was again undrinkable because it was so strong. Also there were no oranges in the drink again. I’ve had this same drink at other Nekter locations and it was very good. I will not be ordering this item from your location again

My smoothie was ready when I arrived. The flavor of the Pumpkin Spice smoothie is light and festive, but could use something. . . perhaps salt or peanut butter.

I did pick up and it was about 30 minutes after the order. The item I purchased was there waiting for me. Limited engagement with the service reps as they were waiting on another client.

They've really stepped up their game. I stopped coming to this location months ago because my drinks that were being made by the short young lady with dark hair always seemed to taste like dirt as if the vegetables weren't being washed properly. I was in the area and decided to give it another try and the thin young lady with blonde hair who took my order was so sweet. I ordered a greenie with extra lemon and she told her co-worker that she would make the juice personally to make sure it came out just right... It tasted great 👍

Drinks were ready on time, but were disappointing. The tea in the black tea fresher was so strong it was undrinkable. There was almost no ice and there were no orange slices in the tea as there normally are.

I love the mobile order. However, my last order did not have coconut yogurt or extra peanut butter. I did not ask them to re do as I was in a hurry
