I placed my order in the parking lot after getting my nails done, and went straight over to Nektar, expecting to sit for a while until it was ready, but it was ready before it was supposed to be! And it is always delicious!!

It was a great experience! I would recommend using Qualtrics for surveys. You can do more targeted proactive outreach. For example, I picked up my order so I didn’t have any interaction with your staff. You would be able to use analytics with Qualtrics to ask better questions that result in actionable feedback.
