There were 4 people ahead of me and it took them 30 minutes to make an açaí bowl

It was fine except for the fact my mobile order came over ten minutes late

It was a good experience.

They were very under staffed today 3/26, the girls working were trying their best but were very behind. There were only 3 people waiting for their orders and it took 10 minutes for us to even order and then an additional 10 to get our smoothies. I understand being understaffed but this was crazy and not fair to the employees. They need more staff, in addition to this the counters and work surfaces were filthy and the employees were not washing their hands or changing their gloves at all in between washing items and touching food. We come here often so this was dissapointing

I mobile ordered and it was very user-friendly, nice to be able to easily modify items. I wish that your prices weren't so expensive, but that also seems to be everywhere these days.
