Haven't tried the juice yet but I have high expectations!

Ordered my drink on the app about 15 minutes before I showed up, and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived. In fact, they were making the drink of someone who walked in the door right before me. I’m not sure why they were making a walk-in order before an app order that was placed 15 minutes earlier. So I had to wait about 10 additional minutes for my drink. I guess you can only make one drink at a time? There was a second person there but I’m not really sure what she was doing? It certainly wasn’t making drinks. I can understand if the place was slammed, but it was just me and the one other customer, parking lot was mostly empty when I pulled up. I’m going to avoid this location in the future.

My online order was 10 min late, which made me late for my practice. There was about 1/4 of the amount of granola on both of my daughters bowls as normal.

It's always good experience.

It was good. There was a large order ahead of me that held up me receiving my order quicker. Other than that, I felt it was very efficient.

I placed a mobile order. When I arrived at the location, I went up to the register to ask where the mobile orders could be picked up. The two employees were working, and no one turned around to acknowledge I was there. Another customer came in about 45 seconds later and grabbed their mobile order from a fridge, and I saw my order there. Grabbed it, and went. The bowl was really good and worth the price!
