Ordered online with a ready time of 10:29. Still had not been started by 10:39 and had to leave. Incredibly frustrating

Not great honestly, I waited over 30 minutes to receive 1 acai bowl and workers didn't even call my name when it was ready. I had to go back a second time and ask for an update when they finally told it had been sitting in the takeout area. If I had known to check there, I would have checked sooner but they told me that they were going to call my name when it was ready. And on top of that, I paid extra for whipped cream on my bowl and I didn't get any. I would have asked for a remake, but after the long wait, I didn't see the point.
