They've really stepped up their game. I stopped coming to this location months ago because my drinks that were being made by the short young lady with dark hair always seemed to taste like dirt as if the vegetables weren't being washed properly. I was in the area and decided to give it another try and the thin young lady with blonde hair who took my order was so sweet. I ordered a greenie with extra lemon and she told her co-worker that she would make the juice personally to make sure it came out just right... It tasted great 👍

Overpriced, smoothie not great. Would recommend Jamba Juice 1000x times over this

Good juice

Fresh juice wasn’t good and worth the money. It’s more watery than actual juice I ordered watermelon. Not happy

My husband drove all the way to Highlands Ranch and picked up the order. When he brought it home, we realized that you didn’t give us our juice with ginger. So he drove all that way and our order was not complete.

The gentleman working was extremely rude when we clarified the substitution of the cashew milk for orange juice. it would be helpful if maybe substitutions especially allergies were marked or acknowledged for the safety of patrons if employees seemed bothered by inquiries.

This latest experience was incredibly frustrating. I ordered a 3-day juice cleanse last week with a pick up scheduled for Monday at 2 p.m. When I stopped by at 5, I was informed it was not ready. I was told to come pick it up Tuesday; and Tuesday I was told not till Wednesday. I was never informed there would be a delay and planned my week accordingly. Communication was poor, and I was not even offered an apology. I’m not sure when I will order another cleanse in the future if I cannot count on my order being fulfilled.

The juices are delicious, however it took a while to get them. The staff did apologize for the wait, but it took 10 additional minutes on top of an estimated 20 minutes to get my order. The store was not busy and 30 minutes to make 2 juice drinks seems ridiculous.

Usually they do a great job, but today they did not read the notes on the order. (Ice when I asked for no ice in my juice, utensils when asked for none, etc.) Not a big deal but hope next time they follow the order better.

I got to the store about 15 min before I was supposed to pick up all our juices for our cleanse and they had them all ready and waiting at the front counter. Great!
