Great location solid staff. I eat hear a lot because of how convenient it is and how healthy the options are. I've never had a problem.

Nice variety of smoothies and bowls. The protein smoothies are really good and I like that they give you the option of either whey or pea proteins too.

experience was fine - not sure why they didn't have lids on them and in a bag when I arrived for pick up though...seems odd. Taste great though!

I got the mango açaí bowl. I feel the mango base could be more flavorful overall. The protein waffles my fiancé had are good. He doesn’t like chocolate, so he ordered the PB banana ones without chocolate. They added chocolate so I told them and they had no issue remaking them. All was fine until I said “but if you have to throw them away we’ll take them” because I do like chocolate and I know most places have to throw food away once it has crossed over the counter. The two employees working there gave me very dirty looks and then looked away. I didn’t say anything crazy, most places let you take the mistake if someone else would eat it.

Let me start by saying I can’t comment on the food, though I’m sure it’s good — at these prices, it should be. What I can comment on is the experience, which is why I’m leaving this review. We visited on a Friday night, went out of our way to bring a family of five here, and the place was empty. Our server, Josie, was wonderful — attentive and kind — and this review isn’t a reflection on her. She’s the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 for service. The issue was $30 worth of Clipp bucks (similar to Groupon) we purchased specifically for this restaurant. The promotional portion did expire, but the dollars paid never should — that’s how Clipp works, and you have that guarantee when you purchase them. The owner chose not to honor them. He wasn’t on site but was available by phone, and unfortunately decided not to engage with us directly by phone and only spoke through Josie, though, we ultimately wanted to talk with him specifically. I realize there’s been a change in ownership, but here’s why declining to honor prepaid credits is short-sighted: Trust: Customers need to know money spent on your business is respected. Breaking that trust damages reputation. Loyalty: Saying yes to a small credit can create repeat customers. Saying no over $30 can cost far more in lost business. Integrity: New ownership is a chance to set a positive tone. Refusing to stand by prior commitments sends the opposite message. Even a small gesture — like honoring a drink, or suggesting their free-drink app offer — would’ve turned this into a positive experience. Instead, no alternative was offered, which made the refusal feel even more short-sighted. This isn’t about $30 — it’s about whether customers believe their investment in your business is secure. We made the effort to support this location. I’ll leave it to management to decide how they want their business to be perceived.

Hi Brad! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. While we’re glad to hear that Josie provided excellent service — and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to her — we’re truly sorry that the rest of your visit didn’t meet expectations. We understand your frustration regarding the Clipp bucks, and we appreciate the thoughtful way you explained the broader concerns around trust, loyalty, and integrity. You’re absolutely right — even a small gesture can make a lasting impact, and we regret that we couldn’t offer a better solution in the moment. Being off-site at the time made it more difficult to fully understand the situation as it was unfolding. Additionally, the Clipp Bucks coupon had expired in 2023, which contributed to the decision not to honor it - but that’s something we take responsibility for. We’d love the chance to regain your trust. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that’s honoring part of the credit, offering a gesture of goodwill, or simply hearing more about your experience. We appreciate your support and your candid feedback — it’s how we improve. Warm regards,

I special ordered a Dragonfruit bowl to remove banana and add mango and that was missed. I added protein, so not sure if that was added either but it was paid online. Otherwise it tasted very good.
