On multiple occasions my smoothie did not include my add-ons. I order the same drink every time and I pay extra for additional whey protein and fruits but it just seems i'm served the regular menu item. Please have the employees read the orders carefully! I understand it gets busy, but I spend extra to get the right nutrients I need.

Excellent service and quality smoothies. I give an 11 out of 10.

It was bad today, one of my smoothies was completely liquified, I understand being busy, but quality should always trump speed.

I adore Nekter smoothies and bowls.

I love the açaí bowl with peanut butter and a layer of chia seed pudding….its to die for. The almond butter health nut and the PB&J smoothie are also at the top of my list. Can’t wait to go tomorrow to curb my appetite.

I really love the option of healthy drinks and smoothies in my area. However, there are many inconsistencies when it comes to the quality of the drink. Some days they're amazing. Other days they taste nothing like what I previously had. Another gripe I have is that a few workers fail to acknowledge that I am even present and ready to pick up my order. Many times I've walked in and the workers are more concerned with talking amongst one another instead of asking if I have an order to pick up. I personally love the products Nekter offers, but this particular store needs improvement upon consistent quality and more professional attitudes for their workers.

I choked on this half way through my dragon fruit smoothie This is the second time I choked on plastic not sure whats going on in there now, they do have a couple of new faces, I walked in being the only person in there, ordered one smoothie and sat by counter like normal to get my order 2 other people walked in to order not pick up but placed a order as I did, well them same people walked out with one a smoothie and one a bowl while I still sat waiting for my order definitely not a good vibe here anymore this is normally my favorite spot being i only eat fruit, I added the second picture with plastic

This is more about my previous experience here but there is one employee that got irritated with me because I mentioned the smoothie tasted really watered down. This was the first time ever I had complained but the employee was showing his frustration to his coworkers and talking about me while I was there. Thankfully the other employees stepped in to let him know it was not appropriate to be reacting that way. Ever since then I only do pickup unless emergency and if not go in person to make sure he isn’t there.

It's super cute and cozy in here, the workers are very sweet, friendly and quick and everything is fresh, no silly sorbet fillers in the smoothies!

Great smoothies

New customer and have been to this location 3x now. Overall, good experience with some areas of growth: I order via app and each of the 3x I’ve walked in, it wasn’t busy and they took forever to acknowledge me standing there waiting to ask if my smoothie is ready. 2/3 times after several minutes I had to say “hey!! Can you check if my smoothie is ready” They’re busy making smoothies & are otherwise a friendly staff, but a quick “be right with you” would be great. :) Also, would have come back a few additional times but they were out of the smoothie I wanted. Unsure if better planning could help them not be out of certain ingredients to make a specific smoothie. Otherwise, love the place, love the healthy ingredients and that it’s vegan. Look forward to visiting again soon.
