Went to and literally register down saying jkyou.must use app. Try for 10 minutes to place on app only to find out due to their policy for being understaffed they weren't making acai bowls today?!?! Only juice....horrible experience. So you advertise a product you are refusing to make?

Today was very chaotic. I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. Your online ordering system was down on your end so your employees were hand writing all of the orders down, making us wait a long time after our order should have already been completed. I waited an additional 20 minutes only to have my order messed up. If you were unable to see the order on your end, then you shouldn't have shown that items were available through the app, forcing people to order at the register.

I ordered ahead which I always do. I had to wait for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge/look at me and find my juice in the refrigerator.
