I had such a great experience this morning. I’ve never tried the Chia seed pudding, and was wondering how they tasted for next time. The employee was super kind and gave me a spoonful to try. This is why I love ordering from this place. They treat you like family. I will always come here.❤️❤️ I couldn’t remember her name, but she was working in the front counter! Thank you for making me always want to come back.

The machine was down to pay for and the employees didn’t notify me of my drink being ready even tho I stayed waiting and asked if my order was ready . When it was finally ready the failed to tell me about it too. The rudest employees always work here and they don’t even make them drinks right. It’s always hit or miss.

I was told to order online. Then I did and sat down. The counter person later had people
order online and then tell her what they ordered. They filled several of these orders taken after my order before I was served. I was in there for over thirty minutes.

System was down, so my order wasn’t ready when I got there. They had to look at my order confirmation to complete order. I had ordered 6 bowls and they only made 2, so had to wait even longer for my order. Then they messed up and had to scrape the toppings off cuz I didn’t want to wait again and I don’t like banana. Granola was stale and the flavor or the bowl tasted off, not like it usually is. Pretty disappointing for a $100 order as I order for lunches for my week and freeze them. I’ve been coming every weekend, but this was the worst I’ve had.
