I know how busy and hectic this place can get, but staff members had no customer acknowledgement for pick up order, workers weren’t to friendly nor customer service wasn’t. My mobile ordered states it would be ready at 11:49 didn’t receive my order til 11:55. Overall experience was ok

Usually when I come in, I'm greeted and when I come to the counter for pick up, someone asks if I'm here to pick up an online/app order. I tell them yes; they ask my name and hand me my order. Today, I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and I stood at the pickup desk for a longer amount of time than usual before I was greeted. I was trying to get their attention. One person seemed a little lost as they were looking around with a blender of food in their hand moving left to right as they looked around.

I placed my order through the app and did a tip as well. Which I should not have done period I picked app my order left the store I had asked for extra Agave. There was none at all. Put on there when I returned to the store and ask the cashier politely, if I can have some Agave, because they forgot to put my Agave on my order. She gave me a dirty look. Then went and filled a cupsat it on the counter, didn't even hand it to me and continued to give me a dirty look. This is the second time I've had issues at this location period last time. They forgot a whole ginger shot and I had already went to work before I realized it was missing from my bag. The fact that I had to turn back around to get what I had already requested and to be rudely treated because of their mistake was unnecessary.
