Preorder a day in advance. Arrived at the pick up time and order wasn’t ready. They were the premade drinks. They had to be gathered. Waited until it was bagged.

I ordered online and when I came into the store, none of the workers acknowledged me or asked if I had a mobile order. After 7 minutes passed, I had to ask a worker is my drink was in process and she then took it out of the mini fridge when it had been completed awhile ago and I stood there for 7 minutes
