It is a little frustrating. I have been ordering the peanut butter health nut smoothie for several years. And it is different every time I order it. There is no consistency in the recipe and the people who make it. Sometimes it’s wonderful, it’s nice and thick, and I can taste the peanut butter and the dates. Then other times I get it and it’s thin and watery and has no taste, I can’t taste any peanut butter or banana or dates, it’s just sweet milk. And the last time I went in, I actually said something and she remade it and it still tasted bland, but I wasn’t gonna go back in again to have it remade a second time. I really think some of your employees need to have a refresher lesson in what should go in each smoothie and let them know that that changes depending on what size somebody orders.
