I came in for pickup and was not helping immediately, the person making the items just ignored me and continued making bowls.
The peanut butter bowl had no peanut butter taste, just filled with massive amounts of acai. This is not what I remember from a few years back. I don't think I'll be reuting.

I’ve been going here for years and my experience today was aweful. I received a bowl that wasn’t even halfway filled and had two blueberries and one slice of a strawberry on top. When I asked for it to be remade politely I was declined and told that’s just how it comes.

I love this place, but the Customer Service really *****. I never know what I’m going to get. For instance today I placed an online order because my son just had surgery and didn’t want to wait long. When I went into the store, no one greeted me or bothered to ask me if I had an online order. I heard the guy called out a name for an order and I didn’t hear what he said so I asked him what name he called out. It wasn’t my order so I stood back and continued waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes and everybody that walked in or up to the counter was greeted them and asked if they had an online order or if they ordered in-store, never once asking me. I finally got the workers attention and asked if my order was ready. They said they didn’t see a ticket and I said no I placed the order online and it had been sitting in the fridge the whole time. No one apologized to me which I get super busy, but yeah, my experience wasn’t great.

It was alright. The staff member gave my order as I got in for a mobile pick up. They did not try to be friendly though.
