Very friendly experience! I was acknowledged and tended to in a timely manner (had a mobile pick up.) They ran out of coconut whip:(
but still tried to accommodate with other items (yogurt etc).

I had a mobile order and I was eventually acknowledged the employee saying hello at the handoff counter and myself greeting the employee and sharing I had a mobile order with my name. I could clearly see it in the fridge and she just okay. Didn’t bother checking if it was ready or not, and not even following up with a I am working on it or I’ll check on it in a second. I waited 15 minutes for her to finish working on bowls to return to me after fishing orders and handing off, for the employee to greet me again and ask what was the name again for my mobile order and it be in the fridge in the same place it was when I seen it.

I love love love this nekter. All of the staff is always so nice, and my online orders are always ready early and are always perfect. I don’t think I have ever had an issue with any of my orders in the years that I have been coming here.
