I went to get my hair done recently, and I was planning to go to Nekter right after.
When I arrived, the hairdresser was sipping Nekter. And a while in, she told me about another client who recently had a car accident leaving Nekter.
Every time I go, there's always a line.
So hopefully you see, this place is a hit.
Nekter is like In N Out for fruit addicts.
Order was made wrong. Or given wrong order not sure since it was first time ordering.

I usually love my experience with you guys but this order was wrong . I ordered a Large Strawberry Cloud but I received a Regular size one.

It wasn’t bad. But the time that I waited, I was asked maybe three times what my name was etc. and the first time the gentleman just completely ignored me and didn’t tell me any follow up. So I was like OK whatever I knew I was about five minutes before my estimated time for the order to be ready so I wasn’t worried. But then the second time he put someone else ahead of me as a priority when I had gotten there first and I had been waiting. And then the third time he finally went and checked and said that they were making mine. It’s not a huge deal and I will still come back because I love nectar. I just thought it was a little extra. The third time he also said well did you make the order and then walk right in to which I replied no I made the order went through the other side of Lincoln center pulled up out front and waited 10 minutes before I came in, and even if I had done that, it doesn’t justify the fact that they were behind. I was fine that they were behind, but it was kind of the comments that irritated me about it.

When entering the store no one acknowledged me. I stood waiting for a pickup order and had to interrupt workers to ask if my order was ready.

The smoothies are always great and consistent. The juices are usually good, the consistency could be better in terms of pulp to juice ratio. I find sometimes you get just juice with no real pulp or fiber. The staff is always amazing!

Did not give all the ingredients in the waffles “the side orders” I live 20 min away to even go back and ask for it.

They were working on my order when I arrived. Even though it was somewhat busy I didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the shop. Protein bowl was refreshing and delicious!
