During my most recent visit, the some of the staff seemed to be on “clean up duty.” There were some preparing orders and some cleaning the floors. Good improvement.

Great experience. I have no problem with the customer service. However, I am disappointed when I received my order: acai bowl. There were only 4 slices of strawberries. Paid a lot of money for it so I expected to have more than 4 slices of strawberries. :(

I placed my order well in advance and showed up even 7 minutes after my scheduled pick up tile and the order was not ready and the staff was not at all friendly. No one bothered to ask for the name of my online order and when I tried asking for it one of the younger boys with glasses turned around and walked away.

The kids making the drinks are very rude. They need social skills. Dont know how to take an order. When yoy question something they get offended. Picked up my drink and the cup was a mess. I asked about the drink abd it was just brushed off like saying, its nade so take it. That not quality customer service for a $10 drink plus a tip.
