I placed an online order and as I walked in the employees noticed I walked in and stood next to the pick up window meaning I have an online order. Well none of them acknowledged me at all so I had to wait like 15-20 min to get my order. By the time I got my smoothie it was a bit watered down. makes me not want to go back but I am a healthy eater so Nekter is one of my favorite places to visit when I want a snack or a smoothie.

I love these smoothies. However not todays! I usually get one of the almond butter drinks. Yum! But today I got the Berry Banana Burst. I didn’t like it at all. I poured it down the drain. :(

I love Nektar and I love the ease of on line ordering and picking up at this location. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of taste. Sometimes I order and the same smoothie is tarte or not sweet at all and sometimes sweet and sometimes too sweet.

The employees did not follow any directions. I added peanut butter on two bowls and said granola on the side, which they didn't listen to. They finally gave us granola on the side, but gave us one tiny cup for the two bowls. I also ordered no banana on one of the bowls, but they gave it to me anyway.

Well done just a few safety tips looks like you're in the industry I was looking to see like there were three almost insane there's no slip resistant shoes nor on the person or no slip resistant mats behind the counter seems to get very wet back there and messy and also maybe a bigger location

Usually the pace of service is a little slow but I assume it is generally because they have good drinks and snacks so it's always pretty busy with multiple orders ahead of mine ... suggest placing order ahead of time using online app to avoid the wait... you can always see the staff working as hard and fast as possible behind the counter... delicious healthy smoothies or fruit bowl for on the go... great place to meet and chat with friends after a workout...
